A Kingdom Divided
Today we live in the most exciting time in the history of mankind. We are witnessing God’s hand of judgment on the mightiest nation since the Roman Empire. In less than ninety days America will hold presidential elections and the war among the candidater are pusdhe in the minds and hearts of the people who wants either four more years of democratic rule or to shift to the republican. America is show casing to the world that it is at the cross roads and this election will show up the real colours of this powerful nation. In St. Vincent and the Grenadines the elections are over, and there appears no decisive winner. However a party was declared a winner and tioned by the court, yet the losing party will not accept the results and the the war continues. In a small nation where foreign debts eats up 74% of all revenue and there is no redress in sight. Yes, a divided nation on party lines. No one wants to be in opposition and the fight will continue. The other half wanted someone else. Truly Jesus’ words become more real than ever before.
“And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:” Matthew 12:25
We live in a nation divided against itself. By Jesus’ words we know this nation cannot stand. By God’s Word we know the kingdoms of man will be brought into desolation. Only one Kingdom will stand for all eternity, and that is the Kingdom of God. God is installing His Kingdom, His Kingdom principles, and His Kingdom ways in a people. He cannot bring the Kingdom on the earth until He gets the Kingdom in the earth — our earth — those who are sold out to God instead of to this world and the governments of this world. Jesus told His disciples:
“Blessed is that servant, whom his Lord when He cometh shall find so doing.” Luke 12:43
So doing what? Doing the things of the Kingdom. Jesus came preaching the Kingdom. John the Baptist came proclaiming the Kingdom. Every writer of the New Testament pronounced the Kingdom. The church system can only preach salvation. Too many today teach nothing of God’s coming Kingdom. They are so far from what the scriptures teach and the people fall for anything. It is my understanding that if it is not in the scripture then it is not of God. So when the Lord comes, all they will be doing is proclaiming the precepts and doctrines of men. Jesus made a special promise to those He finds so doing His Kingdom principles:
“Of a truth I say unto you, that He will make him ruler over all that He hath.” Luke 12:44
Today many are proclaiming sonship and ruling and reigning with Christ, but there will be no ruling and reigning for those who are not living His Kingdom way. There will be no ruling and reigning for those who are part of the house divided against itself. The only thing these can be assured of is desolation. The church is so badly divided that it might be hard to find the fragments to put it together. Too, many splinters and no truth nor word. Sin is more rampant in the church today and God is hardly heard or seen in the lives of the people. The world has entered the church through an open door and you cannot distinguished saints from sinners. My advice is for those that are called by His Name to come out andbe separated before judgement is reigned down on the earth.
God bless and have a fantastic day.
