Likely you’ve come in contact with a con man or two over the Years. These frauds often peddle religion in an attempt to snag your money. They have a clever scheme, one rooted in evil, but they spend most of their time pulling the wool over people’s eyes. There’s nothing sincere about them. Their acting skills are stellar and well-rehearsed, but time usually gives them away.
Contrast these not-to-be-trusted folks with a believer who would give his life for those he loves. He’s the real deal, one who genuinely cares about others. That’s what God is looking for who genuinely cares about others. That’s what God is looking for. Either you’re truly in 100 per cent committed to the Lord and His call on your life or you’re not. God sees the heart and knows when you’re not being genuine.
Today, take a little time to examine Your real deal level. Are you putting on a show, hoping to convince others that you’ve got it all together? If so, draw near to God and do business with Him so that He can purify your heart and set You on a path of sincerity.
