Posted by Right now our Ministry is going through a transition. A lot of issues and transgressions are being brought to the surface. It’s painful and uncomfortable but I believe it will ultimately lead to positive change in the future. Change that is evident already in the transfer of Authority to the Archbishop His Grace Sir Adrian Toussaint.
Call me idealistic but research shows that those who believe in a brighter and better future are the ones who take action to create it.
So whether you are going through a transition in your life, in your ministry, in your marriage, at work or in your organization I want you to see the difference between transition and change.
Don’t let fear amidst the uncertainty affect you from driving positive change for you and your team.
Stay positive through the transition so you can benefit from the change.
Trust that no matter how much you dislike the transition you are going through that it will lead to positive change and great things in your future.
Let me again congratulate the man I have selected and received the approval of The Patriarch and Chief Apostle Sir Darrin. Together we will work for the betterment of the organization and make strides to combat whatever the enemy throws at us. This undertaking is the Lord and has been in the works for three years. I am very proud of the achievements and to all those that believe in the movement, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Those that do not like change will leave and that is OK. Those that seek power and control will walk away and stir up the dust of discord. I pray for you to bind together and lift the name of Jesus higher.
Remember when they stoop low, lift Jesus higher.
